Case study
Nordic Hyperscale Campus, Phase 1
A high-voltage connected campus with waste heat exported to district heating.
A global cloud operator needed programme management, owner's representative, commissioning management on a project with real consequences for schedule and cost. First hall energised on schedule. Heat export began in the first operating year, with capacity to heat several thousand homes.
Challenge
A new campus needed a high-voltage grid connection and cooling that could export waste heat to a local district heating network, on a fixed opening date.
What we did
One integrated delivery plan across 14 contractor packages, a grid connection process led with the operator, and integrated commissioning of power and cooling.
Result
First hall energised on schedule. Heat export began in the first operating year, with capacity to heat several thousand homes.
