1. Data controller

Tech Nexus Global, Copenhagen, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at Info@technexusglobal.com.

2. Data we collect

Enquiries: when you use the contact form or “Talk to an expert”, we collect your name, company, job title, email address, your message, and the page or topic you enquired about.

Applications: when you apply for a role, we collect your name, contact details, CV, cover letter and any other information you choose to share.

Email correspondence: when you write to Info@technexusglobal.com, business@technexusglobal.com or careers@technexusglobal.com, we keep your email and its content.

Website usage: technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through essential cookies and, if you accept them, optional analytics cookies.

3. How we use data

To answer your enquiry and discuss potential projects, partnerships or services.

To assess job applications and run our recruitment process.

To operate, secure and improve the Website.

To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis for processing

Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)): when you submit a form and tick the consent box, and for optional cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b)): when your enquiry or application concerns a possible agreement with us.

Legitimate interests (art. 6(1)(f)): to run our business, respond to business contacts and keep the Website secure.

Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)): where we must keep records under Danish law, for example accounting rules.

5. Sharing your data

We share personal data only where needed, with trusted service providers that host the Website, deliver email and support our IT systems. They act as data processors under written agreements and may only use the data on our instructions.

We may disclose data to authorities where required by law. With your consent, we may share relevant enquiry details with colleagues on our teams in Europe and Asia who will handle your project.

6. International transfers

We work across Europe and Asia. If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection, for example through an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless they lead to an engagement.

Job applications: up to 6 months after the role is filled, or longer if you agree to stay in our talent pool.

Accounting records: as long as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

8. How we protect data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and limiting access to staff who need it.

9. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

10. Cookies
